Upload or Link to Project Documentation
Onepoint provides you with the choice whether to upload existing documentation into the project repository or only to store the link to an external document. This allows you to easily integrate with an existing Document Management System (DMS) or to incorporate information from a corporate Website. You can now access all your project-related information from a single tool without having to fundamentally reshape your information landscape.
On Project or Activity-Level
Not all project documentation is meant to be stored on the overall project level. Instead, often information is only relevant for a single phase or work package. Onepoint allows you to store all information exactly where it makes the most sense. You decide whether you want to store a document or a link on the project or activity-level.
