Onepoint Project is more than just a project-planning tool. An integrated cost baseline, actual time and cost tracking as well as easily accessible plan/actual comparisons make it the ideal tool for constantly monitoring the key parameters of your projects.
Planning Project Costs and Proceeds
The integrated cost baseline eliminates the need for external Excel-sheets for project costs planning and controlling. The cost baseline is fully synchronized with the other planning tools such as, e.g., schedule and WBS and calculates personnel costs and proceeds automatically from resource assignments and hourly rates. Fine-granular hourly rates allow for an accurate project costs and proceeds calculation.
Automatic Versioning and Configurable Baseline
Every time a project plan is checked-in, a project plan version is created automatically. Baseline-data does not get lost of the project manager forgets to save a baseline. This makes projects truly traceable.
The project administrator can still manually set the actual baseline to any version created by the project manager. As soon as a specific baseline is selected, this baseline is used for all plan/actual comparisons.

Quick Access to Plan/Actuals
Plan/actual comparisons can be quickly accessed anytime for any project you have the permissions to do so. Filters can be used to easily specify if you just want a first-level comparison or if you want to "dig deeper" into the details of the comparison table. A linear projection and traffic light color-coded deviations let you easily identify potential problems. Plan/actual comparisons are available on a per-project basis and across projects.
