Onepoint's WBS planning view is fully interactive and totally synchronized with other views such as the schedule (GANTT), the activity list and the cost baseline. Phases, work packages and milestones can be easily created, edited and moved via drag & drop. Because it does intentionally not show any time dimension or dependencies you are forced to focus on the structure and the key deliverables of your project.
Furthermore, the pipeline provides a simple traffic light function by coloring projects that are significantly above or below plan in red or green colors.

The WBS visualizes your project's costs, proceeds and effort across phases and work packages. In addition, started and completed activities are singly or doubly crossed-out - in sync with the PMI WBS specification. You get a complete breakdown of your project’s key parameters.

Although this visualization only lets you view two levels of a project plan at once, it has one major advantage: It is simple and easy to understand and, therefore, the perfect communication tool to everyone who only needs the "big picture" (think customers and upper management).
